Ben Kelly has over 15 years experience in private practice having graduated with a planning degree and diploma from Sheffield University and become a chartered member of the RTPI whilst working for a Local Authority. He has worked in a highly commercial environment for the past decade and has a firm understanding of the development process and the challenges faced entering the planning arena.
