Our Story

Ben Kelly has over 15 years experience in private practice having graduated with a planning degree and diploma from Sheffield University and become a chartered member of the RTPI whilst working for a Local Authority. He has worked in a highly commercial environment for the past decade and has a firm understanding of the development process and the challenges faced entering the planning arena. 

We believe in establishing good working relationships with our clients and with our counterpart planning officers. We will ensure that officers are presented with all of the information they require to make a positive decision in a timely manner. We work closely with our clients to present schemes in their best light and to take the optimum strategy to success.
