Our Story

Ben Kelly has over 20 years' experience in private planning practice. Having graduated from Sheffield University with a degree and diploma in planning, he began his career with a Local Authority, where he became a Chartered Member of the RTPI. Since moving into private practice, he has worked in highly commercial environments, giving him a strong understanding of the development process and the practical challenges of navigating the planning system

We believe in establishing good working relationships with our clients and with our counterpart planning officers. We ensure that officers are presented with the information they need to understand a proposal and reach a positive decision in a timely manner. We work closely with our clients to present their schemes in the best possible light, anticipate potential issues and identify the most effective strategy for achieving a successful outcome.
